Moisturizing Bath Bomb Recipe for Winter Body Care or Dry and Itchy Skin: – 1 Cup of Baking Soda – ½ Cup of Citric Acid (Citric acid is used in canning food and preserving beverages. Start off by finding any Vaseline or petroleum jelly that you have as well as a small container to store the lip balm in. 2. In order to give the lip balm that tinted color that you wish, find some old eyeshadows, lipsticks, or blushes that you feel would make a perfect lip balm color. 3. Next take out a microwavable bowl. Using a spoon, start scraping the blush, eyeshadow, or lipstick into the bowl. 4. Now it’s time to add about a spoonful of vaseline or petroleum jelly into the bowl. 5. Begin mixing the two substances together until the vaseline or petroleum jelly has become the color of the blush, lipstick, or eyeshadow you used. 6. Put the bowl into the microwave for about 30 seconds. 7. Remove the bowl from the mircrowave, the substance should be liquidy. If not put it in for about 15-30 more seconds. 8. Start pouring the liquid into the small container that you are going to use for the balm. 9. After the container is filled, put it into the freezer for 2 hours. 10. After 2 hours, check on the lip balm to see if it has frozen into place. 11. You’re done! Now apply your lip balm. You will instantly notice how moisterizing it feels as well as the pretty color it will leave on your lips. 12. Enjoy! I have been using mary kay for the past few years, and it worked pretty good, except I got the odd blemish. For the past month and a bit I’ve been using clinique and it keeps all acne away but my face is shiny about an hour or so after I use it. So im currently using this serum for my face. So should i moisturize after i apply it on or not. If so how long should i wait to apply the moisturizer on or do i just apply the moisturizer straight after i apply the serum. Is it safe to do this? Will the moisturizer mix with the serum and make it worse? Im planning on using Cetaphil moisturizer because thats the only one that i have used before

I recently got a facial and the esthetician told me that my skin is very irritated. She also mentioned that people should be using a different moisturizer on their face in the winter than they do in the summer. I should have asked at the time, but what did she mean?
